Black and College Bound
Black and College Bound is proud to partner with GitHub to offer the GitHub Scholars program. We will host a free technology immersion program for high school students in the Metro Atlanta area. Github Scholars will participate in 4 weeks of understanding the various opportunities for minorities in the field of technology, training on the basics of learning how to code and to build computers. Through our experiential learning model, the Github scholars will have hands on experience with creating a pathway to careers in technology, identifying technology mentors and immersion with technology firms in the Atlanta area.
